La Posada shall accept Priority Agreement Forms and the Priority Agreement Fees starting January 6, 2009, and will continue to do so until all 35 Park Centre Homes at La Posada have been assigned. Any Priority Agreement Forms and Priority Agreement Fees received after the initial 35 ParkCentre Homes have been assigned will be relegated to a Park Centre Home at La Posada Waiting List in the order they are received. All participants in the Priority Agreement Phase of the Park Centre Homes at La Posada will be notified of their Priority position or their relative position on the ParkCentre Homes at La Posada Waiting List in writing from La Posada upon assignment.
Cancelation of a Priority Agreement for a Park Centre Home at La Posada and refunds of the Priority Agreement Fee.
If you have submitted a Priority Agreement Form along with the appropriate Priority Agreement Fee and La Posada has issued to you a written acknowledgement of your Priority Agreement position for a Park Centre Home at La Posada, you may request in writing to be removed from the Park Centre Homes at La Posada Priority Agreement list at any time prior to the signing of a Park Centre Homes at La Posada Construction Agreement. Or, should La Posada determine not to proceed with the development of the Park Centre Homes at La Posada, La Posada shall refund 100 percent of the Priority Agreement Fee.
