10% of the Standard Entrance Fee due upon the signing of the Park Centre Homes at La Posada Construction Agreement, plus any plan option or upgrade charges.

Full payment of Entrance Fee due upon the Official Construction Starting Date

Option 4: Full Entry Fee Payment and Choice of Non-Refundable Options to Reduce Monthly Resident Service Fees.

10% of the Standard Entrance Fee due upon the signing of the Park Centre Homes at La Posada Construction Agreement, plus any plan option or upgrade charges.

20% of the Standard Entrance Fee due on the Official Construction Starting Date.
Balance of the Standard Entrance Fee due upon your Assigned Move-in Date.

Select an additional non-refundable Entrance Fee option to obtain a flat fee monthly reduction to the standard Monthly Resident Service Fee for the Park Centre Home chosen under this agreement (Option 4).

Option 4 is available if you meet and agree to the following:

Resident meets the La Posada standard financial criteria for residency.

1.  Resident meets the La Posada standard financial criteria for residency.
2.  Resident has a net worth, including the value of your refundable deposit, of $1 million or more.
3.  Resident agrees to choose a refundable Entrance Fee Option as provided in Option 4.
4.  Resident agrees that the non-refundable option chosen for their Park Centre Home is effective on your Assigned Move-in date and for your
    entire residency at La Posada.
5.  Should death occur or a disability necessitate the need to transfer to a higher level of service within their first 12 months of residency, La
    Posada will automatically assign or allow Resident a one-time conversion to La Posada’s standard 70% refundable Entrance Fee program design.
    The discounted monthly Resident Service Fee under Option 4 will no longer apply upon the date of conversion. Once conversion occurs,
    Resident is responsible for the Standard Monthly Resident Service fee for their Independent Living apartment or home.
6.  Resident may transfer and apply the Monthly Resident Service Fee discount under Option 4 to any Independent Living unit at La Posada.
7.  Resident understands the Monthly Resident Service Fee discount under Option 4 is only for their tenure in Independent Living at La Posada
    and does not transfer to Assisted Living, Memory Care or Healthcare at La Posada.
8.  Residents’ Monthly Resident Service Fee is subject to annual adjustments, per the terms of the La Posada Residency and Service Life-Lease
    Agreement. The annual Monthly Resident Service Fee adjustments do not change the flat fee discount under Option 4.
9.  The Option 4 program for the Park Centre Homes cannot be used in conjunction with any other programs that involve the use of refundable
    entrance fees at La Posada.
