La Posada has created four Entrance Fee Payment Options for the Park Center Homes at La Posada. The first three option plans refer to how Entrance Fee payments are to be made during the Construction Agreement Phase and the Construction Phase of this project. During the Construction Agreement Phase, La Posada will offer you a series of Pre-Construction Financial Incentives which relate directly to the Entrance Fee Payment Option you choose for your Park Centre Home. The financial incentive will reduce the Standard Entrance Fee value. The fourth Entrance Fee Payment Option allows you to adjust your Monthly Resident Service Fee for your Park Centre Home. The Financial Incentives offered for each Entrance Fee Payment Option are available should you elect to sign a Park Centre Home Construction Agreement through September 1, 2010.
